We have a slot for a conference call today.  I suggest that we have a short

Agenda:

    1.) PR task. There is a SciDAC PI meeting in January. Bob Sugar is
        requesting a few slide on the Software Project for a mandatory
        QCD poster.  Software needs to be a major component. It is
        hard to make up sexy graphics and slogans for software, so I
        would appreaciate suggestions and contributions from all of
        the SC Committee. Bob is finding out constraints on the space
        limitations, but I would guess 4-6 slides (9 1/2 x 11 in
        documentclass{slides}) for Software. (There will also be a
        couple of slides for each of the laboratory hardware projects
        and a couple for each of the major physics goals.)

        Vicky is coming to BU/MIT in the second week of January so I
        would like to have them to use in a show and tell for her
        then.

     2.) Improved Web page & Documentation for SciDAC project. 	

     3.) Level 2 Design (see Carleton's "Another Trial Ballon" on data
         layout above). I don't think we need another general discussion but
         short comments are welcome. Robert, Carleton and I will stay
         on the line longer to get our act together for out next call
         on Dec 27.
