Ok now that we had our Olympics break, it is time to tackle again the
really Herculean task --- Level 2 API.

       1.) 2nd Quarterly Report 

           (I have almost finished it and will send it to you to
           amend, extend, delete things that I have not stated to your
           satisfaction.)

       2.) Finalizing the Level 2 API 

           (Robert, Andrew and I are working on a new document that
            incorporates Carleton's and Bob's input in a form which is
            hopefully not too baroque. We hope that this is close
            enough to a final form to begin planning to the
            implementation stage.)
 
       3.)  Publishing the MP-API on http://www.lqcd.org/  by  March 1.

Post Script

    Based on the conclusions of the Software Workshop at Jlab (Feb 2)
Robert, Andrew and I have been working on a revised level2 document:

Upon returning from China, Carleton has sent in a good list of further
details that need to be clarified. Time permitting Robert will also be
