All,

As I said we will have a Software meeting Jan 2 (noon to midnight) at
Jlab after the end of the general meeting. Please pass the word to the
same group that meet last time. (I will get a message out soon.)

Since I have been so overwhelmed this week with meetings I would like to
have a VERY SHORT call tomorrow just to take stock.

Then have "real" meeting on both Jan 17 and 24.

PS The DOE meeting at BU/MIT on Monday and Tuesday with Vicky and
   Robin went very well. They are very supportive of this project and
   quite impressed with the progress to date.
