Running hard to just stay in place.

NEWS:

The LHPC collaboration had an all day meeting yesterday at MIT (8:00
am to 9:00pm inlcuding the dinner!) to plan how SZIN would migrate to
the level 2 interface.

A detailed  plan is nearing completion. 

I trust that MILC and CPS are also going through a similiar process of
internal discussions on how to implement (or port to) level 2. After
this we need as a committee to consider these plans and ways to avoid
duplication of effort in our April meetings.



AGENDA:

	#1. Status of first publication of QMP on http://www.lqcd.org
	    Deadline: April 1st --- no fooling.
	    (C code from Robert and C++ code from Ji, testing
             in MILC by James and in CPS by Chulwoo)

	#2. Status of Level 2 design document.

	#3. Future plans for reports on implementation strategies for
            level 2 from SZIN, MILC & CPS gurus.
