All, We will have our usual call today: May 22nd 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. 617 258 7910 News: I am presenting our SciDAC project to the SciParC workshop in Paris tomorrow -- using an expanded version of Robert's Powerpoint. Bob Sugar declined doing this at 6am California time. See http://qcd.th.u-psud.fr/documents_labo/SciParC/SciParC_accueil.html They are not on the access grid. Hopefully our teleconferencing set up at BU will do the job. The goal is to expore was to collaborate on Software Development in a fashion similiar to our collaboration with the ILDG effort in UK. If SciParC gets funding this may help in developping transatlantic application code libraries and software maintance support (See item #4 below). Agenda: #1. QIO API (C binding) I have posted the Postscript on my website for the Carleton's LateX document appended. #2. What remains to resolved for the QIO API? #3. Who can put their name on the Lattice 03 SciDAC software poster? #4. We are in the process (hopefully) of renewing the SciDAC grant and writing a 04 proposal. I think it is good time to look at our resources and ask if we they are adequate for the remaining SciDAC software work. Also we need to consider how (who) maintains our SciDAC software libraries in the future. Suggestion welcomed! Cheers, Rich - -- Prof. Richard C.
