I would like everyone to think about how to best use our time at
the Software Workshop next week. How much time for "presentations"
vs "discussions" vs smaller working groups.

I suggest that each of the Committee Members (DeTar, Edwards,
Holmgren, Mawhinney, Mendes, Watson) present a status report using
other individuals as appropriate, if only to "introduce themselves"
and explain how they are contributing. This might be one slide!

Below is a straw man to  start with for tomorrow's meeting.

Think also about how much time is needed for each topic.
