there is a broad set of tasks to report on.


#1  September task reports:


(A1) Completing the specificaton of  Level 1 MP_API --- Chip

(A2) MPI implementation of Level 1 MP_API -- Robert

(A3) Dslash Vertical Prototype of QCD_API -- Robert/Andrew


(B1) Testing MILC code on QCDOC simulator -- DeTar/Mawhinney



#2.  (B4) Are we ready to start the MILC MP implementation on Level 1 MP_API?
      Carleton comments on James Osborns questions should be  addressed.

#3.  (C1/C2) Are we ready to start the QCDOC MP implementation on Level 1 MP_API?

#4.  Robert's students work on the P4 implementaion for SZIN.


In spite of the long agenda let try to keep the call to an hour and half
postponing what is not touched to next week.
