1.) Organize Sofware Workshop for Feb 20, 2003 Thursday 8:30 - 5:00.

    QIO instructions. Jim Simone  Target date for version 1.0 QIO?

       File formats/Data Grid etc. --- All
    
    QDP --- Robert E. What should be changed right away before
                      we get drawn into the horizon of the dreaded
                      black hole of "backward compatibility"? 

    Test and Milestones ---- Brower  More uniform metrics!

       Watson: Memory allocation and performance

    QLA profiling needs.

       Watson - should discuss coordinating the labs at least


3.) Tutorial

          The tutorial will cover examples of using        

   1 hour
	  QMP    ----  Carleton DeTar from the point of view of 
			converting legacy code
          QDP/C  ----  James Osborn 
   1 hour
          QDP++. ----- Edwards and Richard (pass out QDP++ Primer)

	  Each should present one really simple example which is
          complete enough so that one can actually go to the web later
          and run it.

	  Should we get a visitor account at FNAL for those who are
          too impatient to wait until they get $HOME? The example could
          be set up in this account in advance.
	  
	  Should we pass out hard copy of some of the  on line documentations?

2.) Organize Software presentations for All Hands Meeting

    Not much more coordination needed.
