My hobbies...ummmmm...well i have tried my hands on almost everything. There are few things which I am good at ):- and few i suck at :(
There goes my long list of hobbies :
- Music : Classic rock ( mostly 60s and 70s ), blues, jazz and quality Indian music. My favorite singer ?...who else...? one and only Kishore Kumar. I tried my hands on playing guitar n keyboard and I am still a novice. heheh My favorite guitarist is Eddie Van Halen. Just look at the way he plays it.
- 3D modelling and animation : I have this ambition of learning how an animation movie is made and ofcourse I couldn't resist my temptation of giving it a try after watching movies like Shrek, Monster Inc and Finding Nemo. So I started learning 3D modelling and animation. I am using the personal learning edition of MAYA. This is really great. You will not know that unless you try it yourself http://www.alias.com.
- Computers : There was a
time I would stick to computer for hours. I don't have much time to spare on it now. I still spend a considerable amount of time on it though. I wrote a simple
hacking tutorial for all the novices like me. It's quite old though and I have stopped writing it. It is ranked
one when you search "hacking made easy" on Google. I also own a domain but unfortunately my hard disk crashed and lost all the files. I was stupid enough not to
take a backup of my files. God knows when it will be up again. Recent computer interest : I am planning to build a 16 processor cluster. I have done the planning
and design part. I was also able to fund it. All I need now is some spare time :(. I will post some pics of INDUS
(yes that's what I am gonna call it) in few weeks.
apart from these I like to read, write ( simple stupid poetry, you can find in links ) and travel.
